24/7Appointments available by request

Informational website

Website content is general information and does not create an attorney-client, financial-advisory or professional-advisory relationship. DCMD does not select forms, draft documents or give legal advice.

Appointment requests

Submitting a form, voicemail, email or text does not create a confirmed appointment. Service is confirmed only after DCMD accepts the location, timing, document scope and other requirements.

Signer and document readiness

Each signer must meet applicable identity, willingness, awareness and personal-appearance requirements. Documents should be complete and ready for the requested notarial act. DCMD may decline or stop an appointment when lawful requirements cannot be met.

Availability and access

24/7 refers to appointment requests and potential scheduling. Immediate service is not guaranteed. Travel time, facility rules, weather, safety, document readiness and existing bookings can affect availability.

Website accuracy

We work to keep service and preparation information current, but laws, agency requirements and facility policies may change. Confirm material requirements with the receiving agency, attorney or document preparer.
