Can documents be printed before the appointment?
Printing may be available when arranged in advance. Provide the package size, deadline and delivery instructions when requesting the appointment.
Do you explain loan terms?
A notary signing agent can point to information in the documents but cannot interpret terms or provide financial or legal advice. Questions about terms go to the lender, title company or attorney.
