Questions about this service

Can a family member answer for the signer?

No. The notary must communicate with the signer and evaluate willingness and awareness. A family member may help coordinate access but cannot make the signer’s decisions.

Will you provide the legal document?

No. The document must be prepared before the appointment. A notary verifies identity and performs the requested notarial act; a notary does not draft documents or provide legal advice.
